Our Story
Florida's Best — Built on Trust
A locally owned HVAC company dedicated to keeping Tampa Bay families and businesses comfortable, year-round.
Who We Are
Your Neighbors in the HVAC Business
Florida's Best Heating and Air Conditioning was founded right here in Tampa Bay by Erich Brown, formerly the Service Manager at Rosensteel's AC Service, with one simple mission: provide honest, high-quality HVAC service that our neighbors can count on.
With years of hands-on experience managing HVAC operations across Tampa Bay, Erich built Florida's Best on the values he believed every customer deserved — transparency, reliability, and craftsmanship that lasts.
We know Florida's climate better than anyone. The relentless summer heat, the surprise cold snaps, the humidity that never quits — we've seen it all, and we know exactly what it takes to keep your home or business comfortable year-round.
