Retention of title & remedies
Florida’s Best Heating & Air Conditioning retains title to all equipment and materials furnished until final and complete payment is received. In the event of non-payment or default, Florida's Best Heating & Air Conditioning reserves all legal rights to seek remedies under Florida law, including but not limited to, recording and foreclosing a construction lien against the property pursuant to Chapter 713, Florida Statutes. The customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, alongside interest on any unpaid balance at the maximum rate permitted by Florida law.
Parts warranty
All installed parts and equipment are warranted strictly according to the respective manufacturer's specifications. Florida’s Best Heating & Air Conditioning makes no additional express or implied warranties regarding parts.
Labor guaranty
Labor performed relative to the equipment serviced herein is guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of completion. This guarantee applies exclusively to the specific labor performed by Florida’s Best Heating & Air Conditioning.
Exclusions
Florida’s Best Heating & Air Conditioning does not guarantee, warrant, or assume liability for pre-existing equipment, components, or parts not installed by our technicians. Any subsequent diagnostics, service calls, or repairs necessitated by other defective parts or system modifications will be treated as a separate service event and billed at standard rates.
